Socket button head barrel nuts (or sleeve nuts) and their mating socket button head screw or shoulder screws have a smooth, domed head with a standard socket drive. The socket barrel nut has a smooth barrel under the head keeping a smooth sleek look throughout.

They are ideal for use in applications where a modern, contemporary feel is required. Examples of this can be architectural staircasing and balustrading, whereby the dome head provides both pleasant aesthetic appearance and practicality with the smooth-to-touch head projection.

In addition to this, the socket barrel nut provides excellent strength and versatility enabling the product to be used in a variety of industries from light-duty furniture to heavier duty industrial construction and commercial projects.

Socket button sex bolts are available as standard in Steel Zinc Plated from Fastenright, with both Metric and Imperial sizes available.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings, Minimum order quantities apply.
