Micro Socket Set Screws Dog Point DIN 915

Micro Socket Set Screws with Dog Point to DIN 915 have a hexagonal recess and are driven using a hex wrench or insert bit. The hex socket drive has more resistance to cam out and can be used with power drivers enabling faster use and higher torque to be achieved.

Micro Socket Set Screws Dog Point are used in applications to secure objects together, within or against another object. These Socket Grubscrews are ‘headless’, so there is no head projecting past the major diameter, making this a fully threaded fastener. The socket drive of the set screw is turned until it meets the inner object, then exerting a pressure on the inner object creating a clamping force.

Available from Fastenright as standard in A2 Stainless Steel and A4 Stainless Steel, as well as Hardened Steel 45H. Other materials are available upon request, including Brass, Aluminium and Titanium.

Wide range of sizes available from M2 to M3 and lengths from 3mm to 30mm as standard. Larger diameters in various materials are available to order.
