Threaded Spacers

Threaded Spacers are primarily used to join two components together, or to create a set distance between parts for accurate positioning.

These spacers can be supplied with a round or hex exterior. This enables easy installation by hand or with other tools such as a wrench.

The round spacers are often fully threaded, while the hexagonal variants are often fully threaded for lengths up to 20mm, and tapped at each end for lengths above 20mm.

Round Threaded Spacers are typically manufactured from Steel with a Zinc and clear finish, as well as Stainless Steel. Available in thread sizes M4 to M12, with lengths made to customer requirements.

Hexagonal Threaded Spacers are typically manufactured from Mild Steel, Steel Zinc Plated and Stainless Steel. Available in thread sizes M2 to M6, with lengths up to 80mm.

Both parts can also be supplied in other materials on request including Brass, Aluminium and Titanium.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
