Hex Head Micro Profile Screws

Hex Head Micro Profile Screws are similar to standard hex head set screws but instead feature a reduced head height.

This unique low profile head style enables the fastener to sit almost flush with the target surface for a clean, unobtrusive finish.

These components are often found in machinery and smaller devices, while being ideal for applications with limited clearance or where space is a concern.

Micro Profile Hex Head Screws are typically fastened using a spanner, wrench or hex socket. However due to their head style and head height, they may be more difficult to install compared to other micro profile fasteners.

Manufactured from 304 / A2 Stainless Steel, offering higher corrosion resistance than Steel with an improved aesthetic appearance.

Available at Fastenright in thread sizes M4 to M8, with lengths up to 30mm. Optional thread locking patches can be supplied for greater screw retention and vibration resistance.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
