Brass Flat Fender Washers (DIN 9021)

Brass Flat Fender Washers, commonly referred to as Brass Penny Washers or Repair Washers, are made in accordance with DIN 9021 standard / ISO 7093.

With an outer diameter which is approximately three times that of the inner diameter, these washers host a larger surface area compared to other types. This allows for greater load distribution whilst protecting the target surface from wear, distortion and damage.

These washers also help to prevent friction between components and reduce the effects of shocks and vibrations. They are often used or as spacers or levellers due to their increased outer diameter – great for worn or oversized holes.

Brass components provide an aesthetically pleasing finish with their bright gold-like appearance – an ideal choice for decorative purposes or applications where the washer is visible once installed.

Brass Flat Fender Washers to DIN 9021 are non-magnetic and host high thermal conductivity. They are suitable for both internal and external use due to their resistance to water, rust and corrosion.

Available for thread sizes M3 (3.2mm) to M20 (22mm) as standard, with other sizes available to order. Minimum order quantities apply.
