Carcass Screws are similar in appearance to drywall screws and are ideal for use in joinery and furniture. They are a popular choice within kitchen and bedroom manufacturing and installation.
Their sharp points aid in the entry into and joining of chipboard, MDF and other wood types, with the single coarse thread creating a strong grip and improved holding power in particle board products.
Carcass Screws feature a Pozi drive head which enables higher torque levels with a reduced risk of cam out.
Manufactured from Steel and Stainless Steel as standard, generally provided in Black Phosphate coating which offers increased durability.
Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
