Drywall Screws are, as their name suggests, for use in drywall.
These screws have deeper threads than regular screws, which stops them from easily dislodging within the drywall.
They require a specialised tool to drill them in and are used along with plastic anchors to help distribute the weight of whatever is going to be hung on the wall.
The countersunk head allows the screw to sit flush against the drywall or plasterboard to deliver an aesthetic finish.
Drywall Screws are typically manufactured from Steel but are available in a wide range of materials and finishes, which you can view below.
Non-standard sizes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
