Completely Symmetrical Unheaded Brass In
These unheaded brass inserts for plastic are designed to be installed using a heat process and are suitable for use in hard, medium and soft thermoplastics. They have a high tensile strength and are resistant to corrosion. Hosting two rings of opposing herrinurls, the unheaded brass inserts produce exceptional pull-out resilience by guiding the displaced plastic into the grooves.
These unheaded brass inserts for plastic are completely symmetrical, and therefore perfect for both automated installations and hand feeding. They also do not have to be orientated in one particular direction, making insertion simple and quick and proving how perfect they are for high volume applications. Available in lengths from 4 to 15.9mm, diameters of 3.5 to 16.3mm and with internal threads from M2 to M12, these high quality unheaded brass inserts make great conductors for electrical applications.
