Plastic Hex Male to Female Nylon Spacers (Standoff) host a hexagonal shaped design that features both a male and female thread, allowing the male portion to be screwed into a hole and have a screw inserted into the component at the same time.
Commonly referred to as Threaded/Tapped Spacers, they are often used within electrical applications or as PCB standoffs – positioned between the PCB and chassis to prevent electrical contact and enable increased airflow to the internal components.

Manufactured in Nylon (Polyamide) as standard – a rust-proof, abrasion resistant material that helps to dampen the effects of shocks and vibrations. Nylon 30% Glass Filled (Polyamide Glass Fibre reinforced) Standoffs are also available.
As standard, these Plastic Hex Male to Female Nylon Spacers or Standoffs are available in a Black finish. If the spacer will be visible after installation, they can be dyed to colour match the chosen application or assembly.
Available at Fastenright in thread sizes from M3 to M5 as standard, with lengths ranging from 8mm to 60mm. Minimum order quantities apply.
