Plastic Hexagon Full Nuts, in accordance with DIN 934 standard or ISO 4032, are the most widely used form of nuts on the market. Often called Plastic Hex Nuts or Fullnuts, they feature a six-sided design with a chamfer on either face – fastened using a standard spanner, wrench or socket tool.
Typically used as a mating part for a machine threaded bolt or screw, they can be found across a range of applications – ideal for high voltage assemblies or electronic applications due to their electrical insulation.
These Plastic Hexagon Full Nuts are recommended for use with Plastic and Nylon Screws to achieve the best grip, but are suitable for use with any screw hosting a matching thread. You can find our full range of Plastic and Nylon Nuts here.
Supplied in a White (natural) colour as standard, Nylon Hex Full Nuts can be dyed in a range of colours to meet your specific requirements.
Manufactured from Nylon 66 (PA 66) as standard – a sturdy material offering good impact, vibration and chemical resistance. Other types of Plastic are available on request including Polypropylene, Polyacetal and PVDF.
Available in thread sizes from M2 to M42 as standard, with specials available to order. Minimum order quantities apply.
Non-standard sizes, materials and colours are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and custom parts made to drawings.
Note: The dimensions of these DIN 934 Full Nuts may not follow the strict tolerances relevant to metal parts.
