Plastic Hexagon Nut Covers

Plastic Hexagon Nut Covers, sometimes referred to as Nut Protection Caps, Plastic Caps or Bolt Caps, are designed to fit securely over exposed hex nuts or bolts to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Manufactured from Polyethylene (PE) as standard – one of the most common forms of plastic that offers great impact and corrosion resistance.

Plastic Hexagon Nut Covers are often used on furniture, play equipment, or any application that requires protection from dust, weathering and damage.

Available at Fastenright in sizes M4 to M45 as standard. The surface of the Nut Cover can be either more or less smooth, depending on the mould.

Supplied in White, Black, Grey and Brown colour ways as standard, but can be dyed in a variety of colours to suit your chosen application or assembly.

Non-standard sizes and colours are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture and custom parts made to drawings.
