Titanium Pozi Pan Head Screws (DIN 7985)

Titanium Pozi Pan Head Screws, in accordance with DIN 7985 standard or ISO 7045, are high-strength fasteners suitable for some of the most demanding situations. They feature a Cross Recess drive indicated by four wings in between the cross-shape – typically installed using Pozi drive bits.

This enables higher torque and reduces the chance of cam-out which often occurs with traditional slotted and Phillips drives. The pan head, similar to an upside-down frying pan, features a slightly domed top and smooth exterior to provide an aesthetic finish.

Titanium is a non-magnetic material that provides excellent resistance against corrosion, chemicals and saltwater. It is as strong as Steel whilst being around 45% lighter, offering a good balance for applications that depend on lightweight components e.g. aerospace and robotics.

Titanium Pozi Pan Head Screws to DIN 7985 are manufactured from Titanium Grade 1 and Titanium 15-3 as standard, with other grades available to order.
