Weld Base Tee Nuts

Weld Base Tee Nuts or T-Nuts typically host weld pips that are raised from the base to enable fixing against an object or material – often thin sheet metal.

This component features an elongated base that provides excellent load distribution – ideal for use in tighter areas where Round Slab Base Tee Nuts are not suitable.

T-Nuts are available with a plain base, projections on top of the base, projections on the bottom of the base or with fixing holes – featuring one or two projections/holes on either side of the barrel.

The plain base provides additional contact with the target surface while the fixing holes offer an alternative to weld projections. They are often found within the engineering and automotive sectors, as well as in furniture and domestic appliances.

Manufactured from Mild Steel or Mild Steel Zinc Plated as standard, with a range of materials and finishes available on request.

Weld Base Tee Nuts are available now in thread sizes M3 to M10 as standard, with Imperial sizes also available.

Non-standard sizes, materials and finishes are available to order as specials, including small volume manufacture, modifications and bespoke parts made to drawings. Minimum order quantities apply.
