Stock Holding and Call Off Services

We try to assist our customers in regards to the storage and economic requirements of our customers, and offer both stock holding and call off services to customers with an annual usage of any products.

Subject to an official order agreement with ourselves at Fastenright, we will hold stock of items on an order over a 12 month period, which the customer can call off at any point – with ourselves ensuring next day delivery.

There are a number of benefits for the customer in this situation, as they obtain a low price for a larger order but can call off in small batches to keep monthly costings low.

The products are held in stock for the customer, and only that customer – the stock will not be used to fill another order.

All customer accounts are monitored for usage and seasonal patterns so that we can proactively advise customers of stock levels and re-order when stock is running low.
