Hastelloy Screws, Fasteners and Fixings
Hastelloy is a nickel-molybdenum alloy available in a number of different grades – each of which is optimised for a specific purpose. Whilst the different grades are optimised specifically, they all are highly resistant to corrosion – making them perfect as a fixing material.
It is a high-performance alloy and belongs to the “superalloy” family alongside Incoloy.
The molybdenum addition gives Hastelloy a number of exciting benefits, such as making it harder and stronger at high temperatures.
It is great for applications like welding and can be easily fabricated and formed due to good ductility and the fact it can be forged and cold worked.
Hastelloy fasteners have high resistance to uniform attack and localised corrosion resistance.
We supply fasteners in various grades of Hastelloy here at Fastenright, including Hastelloy C4, Hastelloy C22 and Hastelloy C276.
